This past Sunday my friends and I spent a few hours in Montauk. After the crazy busy week, we all wanted to just go by the water and enjoy the beautiful weather. It was a pretty quick trip all in all but it was much needed and totally recharged all our batteries!
We first stopped by Guerney's to check out a Kendra Scott pop-up on the beach. It was so adorable that I almost wished I was a girl so I could wear some of the jewelry! (p.s. Mom, if you're reading this I'm not transitioning lol)
After a little shopping at Kendra Scott we lounged in the shade trying to get a signal on our phones. (The cell service is pathetic in The Hamptons!) Isn't my friend Kate disgustingly pretty? She makes me reconsider this whole "gay thing" 😉 She's an incredible blogger so click the link below to check out all her amazing posts and photos!
After leaving Guerney's we went to "the end of the world" as the locals call it. We didn't explore the lighthouse but we walked the rock covered beach. Im used to sandy beaches so this took a little getting used to!
Our friends Caity and Kay met up with us and we pulled a blogger-moment and posed for a couple pics #sorrynotsorry
I brought a few outfits with me because I wasn't sure what we would be doing exactly. I wanted to be prepared for any environment or dress code! This shirt is Red Fleece by Brooks brothers and I have to say: I think I found my new favorite brand! I always believed I was a hardcore Vineyard Vines fan, but Brooks Brothers has been killing it lately with their designs. Plus they just turned 200 years old so I think its safe to say they are clearly doing something right!
This shirt was my last "look" of the day and I planned on changing into a more comfortable shirt for the long ride home, but due to the soft, breathable fabric I didn't want to take it off! If I could have I think I would have slept in it!
